My OnliNe Diet DiarY Starts TomOrrow!
Hmm....its been a while now since i said tat i want to be hot again..hahahaha....not really hot hot as in Angelina Jolie Hot coz i do not have the features..but a bod nice enuff to heighten my confidence!!! So..ya Ben...i am taking ur advice...althought it was given when you are pissed drunk!!hehhehee.....

So i just wanna drop 2 dress size ok...for those reading this blog...please keep me on track.....
So how am i going to realize my goal.....here are my top 10 rules:
1. No carbs after 6 (so no indo mee or maggi mee goreng, no roti canai, no rice of coz and also no pasta)
2. No food at all after 9 (this is going to be a toughy, especially hmm....people i know tends to eat at these ungodly hours)
3. Only one serving of oily food daily...(meaning if i were to have ayam goreng kunyit for lunch, i cannot have anymore oily food for dinner..so i need to only have salad or soupy food..eeeeee)
4. At least one serving of fruits daily...(this is going to be tough since i am on a strict budget..buying fruits is at times not an option...but i will try my very best..*YES!! In a trying to psyched myself out kinda way*
5. Lots and Lots of Water...(for me to do this i might kill two birds with one stone...truth to be told...i dun drink as much water as required is because the pantry issooooo far away...and i amm soooo lazy....sooo to walk there requires a lot from me...so if i were to start drinking water...i need to move more often..so there you go moving more means more calories burn...which in a way help me in realizing my goals...so there ala hitting two birds with one stone)
6. MiNimIze Alcohol Consumption...(well...i put this up not because i drink a lot...in fact i hardly drink but seeing that this weekend we going to have a party where alcohol is in the main menu...i just tot it is appropriate for me to mention this)....hahahah...so there u go...only can drink once a month...GOod Enuff?? hmm....maybe twice a month....
7. Oh ya ...almost forgot to mention the all important exercise....So currently wat i am doing is going swimming...sooo...lets stick to it...thanks to my swimming partner (ching ching)...so swimming will be in for every monday, wednesday and friday.....unless nature calls...
8. Join a dance class....this could not only help me improve on my oh so lacking dance moves...it will also of coz help keep me healthy....
9. Get enuff sleep....at the moment...very lack of sleep...always thinking about a certain someone.....and also thinking about financial problems...and also thinking about my tu tu tut fren...my very lonely senior and also my family...haiya...the normal normal things that we think about lah...not to mention work....soo....ya...i need more quality sleep....(aiks suddenly i remember something about a research report i did back in australia about sleep..quality and non quality sleep...goshh....those where the days...i missed all so very much)
10. the tenth activity that can help too...from articles i came accross numerous times...some opposing to it..so for it....hmm.....i am not going to mention what it is but just going to leave them to your wild imagination...maybe i would consider making it a routine too....wakakakkak
So there you go folks...my plans and rules on how i am going to trim my figure....you think it will work??? Why am i doing this?? for myself or for something else??---> go figure....
